We work hard to safely pack and ship your orders. Please review our shipping timelines and details below.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship packages on weekends or major holidays.
2. Transit Times & Delivery Expectations
Once your order leaves our facility, estimated transit time depends on your location and the selected carrier:
  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • Total Delivery Time: Total time from order placement to arrival is 3-9 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs vary by item size and weight and will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipment Tracking
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Broken Items
If your item arrives broken or gets lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@birdbamclub.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and resolve the issue for you.
