Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Log into your customer account on our website using the email address associated with your order.
  2. Locate the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
  3. Select your reason for the return and submit. We will review and approve eligible requests within 1–2 business days.
Return Conditions:
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely at the buyer's expense.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exclusions / Final Sale:
  • Mahjong Racks: Due to the fragile nature of these items and the high risk of damage during return shipping and repacking, all mahjong racks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
